• booking services (car wash, service station, wheel alignment) and a callback to confirm the booking;
• reserving products and a callback to confirm the reservation;
• protecting forms from automated submissions and abuse;
• website visit statistics (only with your cookie consent).

• name;
• phone number;
• car make and model;
• the comment you enter in the form;
• IP address hash (the IP itself is not stored) for abuse protection;
• cookies and Yandex Metrika data, only with consent.

5. Actions and methods of processing

We collect, record, organise, store, update, anonymise and delete personal data.

Processing is mixed: both with and without automation tools.

6. Legal basis

Data from booking and reservation forms is processed on the basis of your consent, which is a separate document and is given by ticking the checkbox in the form.

Cookies and Yandex Metrika are used on the basis of a separate consent that you give by clicking "Accept" in the cookie banner.

7. Retention

Data is kept for 1 year from the booking or reservation date. After that it is anonymised automatically; anonymised statistics are retained.

8. Disclosure to third parties

We share data only with Yandex LLC and only to the extent required by the services below. No cross-border transfer of personal data takes place.

• Yandex Metrika - visit statistics; IP address, User-Agent and cookies are sent, only after your consent;
• Yandex SmartCaptcha - bot protection for forms; IP address and User-Agent are sent when a form is submitted;
• Yandex Maps - the map in the Contacts section; IP address and User-Agent are sent when the map loads.

9. Notifications and storage location

Telegram notifications to staff contain no personal data of the client.

Personal data is stored and processed on servers located in the Russian Federation.

10. Protection measures

• connection encryption (HTTPS);
• staff access control and two-factor authentication in the admin panel;
• IP addresses are stored only as a hash;
• protection of forms from automated submissions;
• automatic anonymisation after the retention period.

11. Your rights and withdrawing consent

You may request information about the processing, correction, blocking or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time.

12. Cookies and Yandex Metrika

Yandex Metrika is loaded only after you click "Accept" in the banner. Session replay (Webvisor) is not used. Your choice is stored in your browser.

You can withdraw consent at any time with the "Cookie settings" button in the site footer: on withdrawal the Metrika cookies are deleted and the page reloads.
