Consent to personal data processing

By ticking the checkbox in the booking or reservation form you freely, of your own will and in your own interest give the operator this consent.
1. Operator
Sole proprietor to be confirmed, INN to be confirmed, OGRNIP to be confirmed, address: to be confirmed, email: to be confirmed.
2. Personal data covered
- name;
- phone number;
- car make and model;
- the comment from the form;
- IP address hash.
3. Purposes
- booking services and a callback to confirm the booking;
- reserving products and a callback to confirm the reservation;
- protecting forms from abuse.
4. Actions with data
Collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, anonymisation and deletion, with and without automation tools.
5. Retention
Data is kept for 1 year from the booking or reservation date and is then anonymised automatically.
6. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw consent at any time by sending a request to to be confirmed or to the operator address. After withdrawal the data will be deleted or anonymised unless the law requires otherwise.
7. Validity
The consent is valid from the moment the checkbox is ticked until the retention period ends or the consent is withdrawn, whichever comes first.
